We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express as well as PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. Just choose "Guest Checkout" to proceed using Paypal without an account.

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information.

We will not add a receipt to the inside package but please be aware however that all shipping labels on outside of packaging require us to state the item that's included in the package as well as the cost per item for customs purposes.

Once your purchase price has reached $50 USD/$65 CAD you will see the option during the checkout process to choose our “Free shipping” option

We offer customization on a variety of products in our Customize It section of our store.

If you would like a gift message to be included with your order, please write your message you would like to have included in the notes section during checkout.

We ship all orders through Canada and the USA at their designated flat rate for any order amounts under $50 USD ($65 CAD).

All order amounts over $50 USD ($65 CAD) ship for free.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please check with your countries customs office or tax agent for charges and/or rates for packages coming from a country outside your own.

We currently ship throughout Canada and the USA

All orders are currently at a 1-3 business day processing time before being shipped from our Canadian store.

Estimated Shipping times as follows

Canada- 3-9 business days(does not include weekends, holidays)

USA- 4- 8 business days(does not include weekends or holidays)

Larger bulk orders will require more time to complete ( 1-2 weeks time depending on the amount of product(s) in the order). Please inquire about processing times for such orders through our contact form on our contact us page.

All orders include a tracking number once shipped. You will receive an email notification with your included tracking number. If you signed up for mobile notification you will receive this information through your cell phone.

Please take this included tracking number and input it into the tracking parcel section on the Canada Post website.

If you are located in Canada, you can keep tracking on this site until it reaches your destination.

If you are located in the USA you will need to input this tracking number into the tracking section of the USPS website to track in your country ONLY AFTER it states on the Canada Post website that your order has been forwarded to it's destination country. Continue to track on your countries postal website (USPS) until it reaches your destination.

We stand behind our products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at info@charmfulimpressions.com to arrange a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. 

We will refund the original price, including postage. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We issue a refund once the returned item has been received by us. Therefore, we suggest the buyer arrange for delivery confirmation of the item.

We do not accept returns for discontinued items, or customized items. These items are final sale. 

Please kindly note that items must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund or store credit.

Please allow up to one week for us to process your return after it arrives.
